What Does this semen Analysis Result Mean?
Hello Doc i wanted to ask regarding semen analysis of my husband, his report showed as below total count 75mill/ML percentage motile sperm 60% rapid liner progression 10% slow/non liner progression 30% non progressive 30% normal forms 40% my doctor said you cant conceive as ur husband is unable to produce sperms .. she said it is impossible for you to become a mother. i want to add here as this is 4th year of my marriage. please help if i can be pregenent by my husband or any medicine can improve his fertility or he will remain infertile also let me know the other ways to get pregnent. thanks

I have gone through the details of semen analysis report and feel that there is still scope for normal pregnancy to take place. Importantly he have normal counts of sperm and adequate number of sperms are motile.
I understand that it is difficult but not impossible. If you are under 30 years of age I will advice you to have regular intercourse during ovulation period. Ovulation period can be marked between the two subsequent periods.
In case you have already crossed 30 years of age I will advice use of IVF techniques (test tube baby).
